Ayat Security Services Limited's Notice - (a) In sending workers from Bangladesh to Saudi Arabia, the recruiting agent must follow the statutory laws, rules and regulations of both Bangladesh and Saudi Arabia. (b) As per section 19 (3) of the Foreign Employment and Immigration Act 2013, the recruiting agent must select workers from the ongoing database of BMET. In this regard, the Process Flow Chart issued by BMET must be followed. (c) The Director General, BMET will confirm the matter of taking workers from the database and will not issue immigration clearance in favor of any worker outside the database. (d) After the arrival of Bangladeshi workers in each group in Saudi Arabia, the recruiting agent will submit a report to this Ministry, BMET and the Bangladesh Embassy, ​​Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. (e) An employment contract must be signed with each selected worker before the exit clearance is issued. The recruiting agent will confirm this matter. (f) Before issuing the exit clearance, other original documents including the demand letter/authority letter and skill certificate should be submitted to BMET. BMET will issue the clearance card (Emigration Clearance Card or Smart Card) after verifying the relevant information and documents. (g) A copy of the employment contract translated into Bengali should be certified by BMET and given to each employee. (h) Subject to confirmation of the employee's visa and flight, the recruiting agent can accept a maximum of 61,850/-(sixty-one thousand eight hundred and fifty) Taka from the employee for immigration expenses through a cheque/bank draft/pay order, the proof of which should be presented to the Director General, BMET. (i) There will be no violation of any condition of the contract, the approved employees will definitely get a job in the said company and each employee will be given the proposed salary, allowances, accommodation and other facilities and in case of any unforeseen event, the concerned recruiting agent The agency shall submit a non-judicial stamp duty undertaking of 300/- (three hundred) taka to the effect that it will be liable to pay the compensation imposed by the authority including the accommodation and food expenses of the employee. (j) The terms and conditions of employment of the employees shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Saudi Arabian Labor Law; (k) The recruitment shall be notified to this Ministry within 14 days of the completion of the recruitment. (l) A representative of the recruiting agency shall accompany the employees to Saudi Arabia on each flight or a representative shall be present at the Saudi Arabian airport to receive the employees. (m) The employees shall undergo a health check-up as per the instructions and the relevant rules and regulations regarding health regulations shall be complied with. (n) After the flight of the employee is confirmed, the flight schedule and list of employees shall be submitted by the concerned recruiting agent to the Bangladesh Embassy, ​​Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and BMET. (o) There is no complaint against the recruiting agency and The previously sent workers will have to be issued exit clearance after confirming their employment. (p) the authority reserves the right to cancel or amend this employment permit without assigning any reason.
